AUTO & MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS
The Jesse James Law Firm frequently handles automobile & motorcycle accident claims
from the skid marks on the road all the way through litigation.

We aggressively handle automobile and motorcycle injury claims across the State of Florida with our primary client base located in Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Pasco County, Manatee County, Sarasota County, St. Lucie County and Palm Beach County. At the Jesse James Law Firm, we win when you win.
Our firm does not treat clients like a number of high-volume plaintiffs’ firms. Our cases and clients are carefully selected, and all of our clients are treated like family members. From the start to the finish of your case, you can expect to meet with me personally, not a paralegal, not a case manager, and not a legal secretary. Simply put, if you hire the Jesse James Law Firm, your case will get the personal attention it deserves.
The devastating consequences of an automobile or motorcycle accident can last a lifetime. The consequences of vehicle accidents are not typically limited to the victim alone. In most cases, other family members are often forced to help rehabilitate the victim by taking over the victim’s prior duties at work and around the house, as well as being forced to take time out of their own busy schedules to transport the victim to and from numerous medical appointments.

In some cases, a claim can be brought on behalf of the caring family member in addition to the claim made by the primary victim. The Jesse James Law Firm will seek all avenues of compensation for you and your family.
Who will pay for my medical bills or lost wages?

Pursuant to Section 627.736, Florida Statutes (Florida’s no-fault law), your own insurance company will be responsible for your initial medical payments.
The Personal Injury Protection (PIP) portion of your insurance will pay eighty percent (80%) of your reasonable medical expenses for injuries sustained in the accident, and sixty percent (60%) of your lost earnings, regardless of who was at-fault or who caused the accident.
After your PIP benefits are exhausted, physicians will usually continue treating your injuries through a Letter of Protection (LOP). An LOP is simply a promise to pay your outstanding medical bills at the time your case is resolved through settlement or jury award.
Don’t think for a second that your insurance company will be fair and reasonable!
All insurance companies will protect their own interests. The policy purchasing side is a friendly, happy, and helpful experience. Insurance agents are more than willing to answer all of your questions, research issues to find you an answer, even go as far to become your new friend.
These “agents” mean well and they represent the image of honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, once a claim is made you are transferred to another person you have never met or spoken to before. These individuals are called “adjusters” and their sole purpose is to down play the seriousness of your accident and your injuries.
Adjusters will be nice and polite at first because they want to make you feel comfortable and important because they want to give you the impression that they are on your side. They are not! Their friendly advances are intended to assist them when it is time to guilt you into agreeing to accept an unreasonable settlement amount. They are trained professionals who prey on the weak, unadvised, and unrepresented.

You put yourself and your family’s future at risk when you attempt to pursue a claim against the insurance company without the assistance of an experienced and aggressive Florida automobile and motorcycle injury attorney.
